This garage is amazing!!! After the Westcliff Test Centre was unable to identify the problem with my car, after having it almost a week and charging me £108 for labour and telling me i probably needed a new head gasket or block, i took it to the Westminster Garage for a 2nd opinion as it just seemed ridiculous the fault couldn't be found and sorted. Within 20mins of dropping it off they had found the problem. The moment i got there with my car, they were all over it and couldn't do enough for me, even though i turned up last minute. It was a resister i needed and they ordered it for me and my car was ready the next day and for a great price! They also told me about a small unrelated issue they spotted that i may want to investigate in the near future. I cannot thank or rate this garage enough, if it wasn't for them i would have probably scrapped my 9yr old car as it was made out to be hopeless by the previous garage. Will be bringing my car to this garage every single time. THANK YOU!!!

Caught the curb as a new driver, visited the garage. Staff here were honest and friendly. Had a look for me the same day. Good service and nice people.

I thought this garage was honest and take pride in their work, but they don't care for their customers it was the first time I went to them never again my water bottle had a leak they replaced it I thouught they had done a good job but it started leaking again I had to keep filling it up before I go any where so I took it back to them and he was more Interested in going home at 4 and his closing time was 5 so I drove home and it kept over heating which caused another problem which he refused to put right because it would cost him money I should have gone to my garage their cheaper as well and reliable just warning you their not to be trusted he put the blame on me if he done a good job in the first place my car wouldn't be off the road now

Brilliant service from the team a pleasure to deal with from start to finish even washed my car before i picked it up there are a lot of garages in the area that could take some lessons from Terry and his team!
