I had heard locally about a new garage that had opened up and that they were offering a great level of service so when the time came I looked for Wealden Garage and filled out a form on their website. I received a telephone call from Jonathan within five minutes and I explained to him that my car had died outside my house and I could not get the car to him. "No problem" came the response "I'll come and collect your car this evening, do the work in the morning and deliver it back to you by lunchtime".
As promised Jonathan arrived that evening, immediately diagnosed the problem and took my car away to be sorted. At 10.03 the following morning I had already heard from Jonathan to confirm that my car is all fixed and was on his way to deliver it to me. 10.18 and the car is delivered back to me. A simply staggering service.
The service and attitude provided by Jonathan is excellent and goes to show that there are still businesses out there who put their customers first. I honestly feel like I have found someone who will just look after all my car needs in the future and I would not hesitate in thoroughly recommending Wealden Garage to anyone in need.
As a side note, when I emailed Jonathan I also emailed my usual local garage at the same time - my car is back with me, fixed and working and the other local garage have not yet replied to my email!Tuesday 12th May 2015

He's a nice guy and a quality mechanic, sorted my car/van out several times now, always tells you what needs doing in plain english.
