I went to the Ashford Centre on a Thursday morning and ordered 15 Raj 900 x 600 slabs and needed them delivered by the weekend. They told us they had were fully unfortunately booked for deliveries and would pencil us in for the Friday afternoon, if it became possible, but they couldn't make any promises, which was totally understandable. I received a phone call at 14.30 on the day to say that they'd had a good day delivering and were able to deliver to us. Great service and would use again. Well done and Thank You

If I could give 0*s I would. At first all went well, ordered, paid for delivered. Castacrete 600x600 light grey slabs laid but most, not all, had 2 or 3 stripes. We and our contractor thought it would wash off so they were hosed. When dry, still stripes. I rang and Tina suggested a jet wash so I karchered all 82. When dry .... so I scrubbed each one over the course of several days with bleach. When dry .... I rang James, sent him pics, he needed to speak to his boss as he couldn't advise what to do. Eventually he said it's cement dust and WE and our Contractor should have wired brushed them before laying. He'd just tried it on some in their yard. So he didn't know what it was and WE were supposed to. Then he his behind their 'contract', they'd only rectify before they're laid. Needless to say I wasn't and still am not a happy bunny. I have now gone over all 82 again, TWICE, with a wire brush. They are looking better but my disabled husband and I (both oap's) just wanted a nice patio that he could get on and off safely and to sit on and look at his garden. I was not bargaining on weeks of work and with no help from Stonecraft - who had been recommended to us as the best locally. Thank goodness I shall never need to use them again.

A great place with a good selection of patio stones and products needed. There's a good showroom showing a variety of different patio types with easy to view prices. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and happy to help offer advice. Free parking on site.
