Gary Millard1 Star6 weeks to spray a bumper and boot lid. And still wasn't right. Had to return for another week to get totally ruined with a detailing tool. In the end had to be stripped back and redone by their Maidstone prestige centre. In total 8 weeks to replace a boot lid and bumper.
If you rely on your car for work don't allow it to be sent to these jokers.Saturday 20th August 2022

They tried to cut corners on the repairs
I had to go back 3 times after I paid and picked up my vehicle
I had money stolen from inside and they just said they would call me and never have
The customer service is none existent
They never answer the phone.
If I could give lower than a 1 star I would

Pat Aujla1 StarHad an accident and my insurance company chose these jokers to repair my car....7 MONTHS LATER I GOT MY CAR BACK...NOT A TYPO 7 MONTHS!!!! Everybody was to blame but them, I have been lied to, misled and generally been treated abysmally
If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident then insist that your insurance company does NOT send your car here, its like the black hole of Calcutta...!!!! By the way my car has less than 1000 miles on the clock and was only 2 months old.....
Compensation offered..??? £200..what a joke..!!
