JulieAnn Atwal5 StarSimon was on time. He was polite and friendly. He asked relevant questions about my stove (it’s quite old) and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked the carbon monoxide alarm and advised the best place to place it. I have used several sweeps in the past and Simon is by far the cleanest and most thorough by a long way.
