The 2 stars are all for the receptionist. She has been very good. They booked me up for the same day. Told them to change oil filter and check all levels and radiator leak. They just change oil and filter and put some fluid breaks. Antifreeze was inexistent. They have not done any pressure test on radiator as the following day water was still leaking. They said that checked tyres and pressure, which I haven't requested, because I knew that one of my tyres was flat and to be replaced. But they said all was good, probably they haven't check them as well. I specifically said to them the I need the car check properly because going for a long trip. Good receptionist, bad service.
