We are pleased to offer our luxury collection of quality window designs all expertly engineered to complement a multitude of house styles spanning from Georgian Elegance to 21st Century contemporary living. Whatever, your preference from time-honoured to leading-edge designs Winstanley Windows has the solution to fit, including our new triple glazing option on specific ranges.

New to our range of windows in 2014 is the (R9) Residence 9 collection, a top-end luxury window brand whose window system has been created to assist proud homeowners and property developers in replicating the 19th Century Flush Sash Timber Window appearance, which can be considered for use in Conservations Areas due to its authentic façade. Specifically designed and built for use with either 28mm double or 44mm triple glazing, in conjunction with market-leading thermal and acoustic performance; the range is available in Heritage Colours and the modern composite material gives a virtually maintenance-free finish. To find out more on the different styles we have to offer to visit our (R9) Residence 9 page or click on the link www.winstanleywindows.com/residence9

In addition to our stunning range of windows, we present a full collection of doors from customary front entrances to modern bi-fold chic. Carried out work on a flat 2 stories up overlooking our front garden. Workmen allowed debris to rain down on our garden and directly above our front door for 2 days running. No dust sheets put down and no prior warning. Debris included an entire house brick that damaged a wall, and broken glass that has rendered our courtyard space completely unusable and dangerous as it is gravel and needs to be completely replaced. Workmen were rude and obnoxious when we spoke to them. Company have been given 4 weeks to rectify the issue and have chosen mostly to ignore it.

Had my windows fixed and refitted and the workmen who came (sorry I can't remember your names!) were absolutely brilliant, they really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result and that all issues were resolved. I have plenty of experience with workmen and really appreciate this level of integrity and face to face customer care. The fact that such a very human interaction left such an impression on me highlights how this isn't always the case. Definitely recommend, they were quick and very competent. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We had the majority of our windows replaced by Winstanley and recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. They came in with a very competitive quote (we had 3 other quotes) but had a long lead time as they are very busy. Luckily it was well worth the wait as the quality of the windows is very good and the two workmen who came to fit them (Mark and Kegan) were absolutely brilliant, they showed up on time every day, were polite and accommodating and above all else extremely skilled and delivered a brilliant job, they also cleaned up after themselves and left the place as they found it. will 100% use Winstanley windows again and am happy to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

[Edited to remove one star due to further difficulty communicating with the company, and issues with window frame] Replacement of a broken pane of glass in a first floor sash window. The work was done well and the engineer was quick and professional. The price was also reasonable, coming in at under £100. However dealing with the company was difficult. The initial assessment was done on 6th April, but I had to telephone to push for my quote three days later. After confirming I'd like to go forward with the work agreed, I was told they'd be in touch once the part and engineer were available. I didn't hear from the company for two weeks, so I contacted them and they informed me in a follow up text that the glass production process had an issue so the glass was delayed. I asked to be kept fully informed from this time onward. It was a full month from the first assessment before the repair actually took place. Given the cold and poor weather, this is undoubtedly too long, with very little communication. The reluctance of the company to keep me informed made me feel as though I was insignificant as a customer.
