I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was with Regal Rooflines. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, expertise, and respect for their customers. My entire interaction with them was a frustrating and infuriating ordeal from start to finish. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. Whenever I tried to reach out to them with questions or concerns, it was like pulling teeth to get a response. They were never available when I called, and when I managed to leave a voicemail, it took days or even weeks to hear back. It was evident that they had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing any form of after-sales support. The real nightmare began when they finally started the roofing project. The crew they sent over was a disorganized mess. They arrived late, unprepared, and seemed to have little to no experience with roofing work. I watched in horror as they mishandled materials, made amateurish mistakes, and constantly bickered among themselves. It was evident that they lacked proper training and supervision. To make matters worse, the quality of their workmanship was atrocious. The shingles they installed were crooked and uneven, leaving my roof looking like a patchwork quilt. The haphazard workmanship has created numerous leaks, turning my home into a waterlogged disaster. When I tried to address these issues with Regal Rooflines, they dismissed my complaints and attempted to blame me for the problems. During the entire process, it felt like they were trying to scam me for every penny they could get. Their initial quote seemed reasonable, but as the project progressed, they constantly added extra charges and fees without any explanation. It was clear they were taking advantage of my lack of roofing knowledge to pad their pockets. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism from their employees was astounding. The crew left my property in a state of disarray, with debris and garbage scattered all over my yard. They didn't bother to clean up after themselves, leaving me to deal with the mess they created. In summary, I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with Regal Rooflines. Their lack of professionalism, shoddy workmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a roofing company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable company that actually cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. My unfortunate experience with this company will serve as a warning to anyone considering their services. Stay clear of Regal Rooflines if you value your sanity and your home.

Regal Rooflines always arrived on schedule, discussed the days progress before leaving and even worked weekends to complete our GRP flat roof for our garage and conservatory, making sure our building contractors were ready to start the other building work on-time. The installation of my GRP flat roof was extremely quick and smooth. The team were courteous, diligent, and very professional. We would like to thank Danny from Regal Rooflines for providing a fantastic service and a great looking roof which complements our modern contemporary home. Danny came and repaired our flat fibreglass roof in October 2022 and did a great job. The next day I called and mentioned that we needed a different trim on one of the edges, Danny said no problem and would come out to put a new trim on. 6 months later and we are still waiting for Danny to show. Have called multiple times with Danny saying he would be here, have left countless messages but still no sign. Very frustrating as did a great job but customer aftercare is non existent.

We received a timely and professional service throughout the installation of our flat roof. Danny always had time to explain in detail what was required and how it would be done. Throughout installation, they kept everything tidy and completed a great job. They came recommended by friends and I would have no hesitation recommending to others.
