After I failed to change the tire from the ratchet breaking I called them up with my last hope asking if I could use theirs really as I’m struggling to get this wheel off got me out of trouble! The team carried out an inspection and identified the the issue, they then provided a quotation for the visit and repair schedule. The car was repaired to this schedule, despite being a major repair of replacing the gearbox. The team took time out to show and explain to me the cause of the issue.
