I would just like to give a big thank you to Colin and his team at Hazel Motors. We are a retail garage on the south coast and recently had a customer purchase a Mini Cooper S Coupe from us. Our customer is not local to us and needed to have the air con on their new car looked at as there was no cold air coming out. We originally thought it was just a case of a re-gas. However after the customer went to one of the national service centres they were told it would be the condenser or pump and could cost £600..!!! Tut Tut..The type of answer you get that ring alarm bells as they were not qualified to diagnose the fault. So I jumped onto the computer to track down a suitable and trustworthy garage to diagnose the fault. I found Hazel Motors, who did not have as many stars as some other garages, but I know that you need to look a bit further than how many stars google give you. After phoning them and chatting to Colin I new I was dealing with someone professional that new their job well. Anyway to cut to the point, Colin found two broken wires to a sensor that would not allow it to run the air con. Not only did the problem get resolved quickly, but at a very fair price. Hand on heart I would recommend Colin and his team at Hazel Motors to anyone who needs help with their car. Thank you once again and Good Luck with this seasons Racing!! I had a 4 wheel alignment carried out here after new suspension parts were fitted and the car went from questionably wonky at best, to arrow straight. Customer service is their 1st concern after a second visit to get something else checked out. Cannot fault them on any level. Huge thanks, very happy.
