Grazzi Smith5 StarTom was very friendly, professional and completed the work at a very fair price, compared to some other quotes I received. One company suggested that I needed to replace the whole roof whereas Tom, said he couldn’t see any obvious problems. When I sent him pictures a few days later whilst it was raining, showing that water was getting in to my roof he came and assessed the problem, suggesting that maybe the ridge tiles may be the problem. Upon completely renewing all the ridge tiles for a ridge tile that allowed air flow into my loft area he has totally eradicated any water problems I was getting. He also repointed some of the masonry around my chimney and sealed the brickwork with a protective sealer. Top job.Sunday 20th February 2022
