Brendan Warner4 StarI brought my car here for a service as part of the warranty plan I have. Three days prior, an engine warning light came on. I called to add a diagnostic check to find out the issue and was assured it would be accommodated.
On the first day, I dropped the car off at 8 am. By 1 pm, I hadn't heard from the garage, so I called. I was informed that it would soon undergo servicing, but when I asked about the diagnostic check, I was told it had to be serviced first. By 4 pm, the service was done, but there was no time for the diagnostic, so I had to rebook for the earliest available slot, which was in five days. I reluctantly accepted and rebooked.
For the second attempt, I dropped the car off at 8 am again. By 12 noon, my app indicated that the car hadn't been moved. After calling, I was assured it was the next job, but no one called me back. I followed up at 3:30 pm and was informed that they had just finished, and it was a sensor issue. Unfortunately, they needed to order the part, which wouldn't arrive for three days. I reluctantly agreed and booked it in again.
On the third attempt, I dropped the car off at 8 am, and once again, my app showed no movement. Calling at 1 pm, I was told the part had just arrived and work would start soon. After no progress by 3 pm, I called again, only to be informed that the previous job had taken longer, and I would receive a call back with an update. Frustrated, I went to the garage at 4:45 pm, only to discover that no work had been done, and they had forgotten to call me back. I was told I would have to rebook for another day, with the possibility of Monday being the soonest.

The car went back today as per the warranty company’s instructions. I want to say that Luke went out his way to assure me that the part was with them and that he had book the job in for first thing. I was called back 90 minutes later to say the work was all completed and issue resolved. A much better experience.Friday 26th April 2024

First thing Saturday morning the team took a look at the tyre and got me sorted out straight away. Adam and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Neel & Maddie.
