Warwick Armstrong5 StarI reported a visible nail in a recently fitted tyre by Halfords in Folkestone. I was asked to pop in the next day and they would have a look. I did this and after a short wait of 15/20 minutes a fitter took my car. I explained the background. After about 30 minutes the car was returned to me with the offending screw removed and the puncture mended.
I was scheduled to drive up to south London on the M20 a day or two later to a funeral so I wanted the puncture repaired.
I was very pleased with William and his team at Folkestone Autocentre. The service they provided me was excellent.Sunday 10th October 2021

However upon picking up the car at 5 I found they hadn’t even started the service. No phone call to explain or advise of the delay.
