Two days ago, a light went on to say our rear break light wasn’t working. I drove straight here and they replaced it right away, for free! Tee5 StarGreat garage. Always wary as a female taking my car to garages but felt so comfortable after the 1st 5 mins. The manager Ian was very friendly ,explained everything and broke down all the costs and issues that I had taken my car in with. There was no pressure to have the work done but I did. It was done really fast. Thank you for making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back and have already recommended you to my friends and family.Thursday 18th April 2024

andy hughes1 StarHad your car mot here ? Passed with no advisories !!So now you feel it must be safe, think again !!!! Mine Passed with a clean bill of health, brake failure in less than 5 miles causing £5000 worth of damage and halfords think offering 50% of my costs are acceptable. Probably the most expensive mot ever.
Just a quick update as Halfords response made it seem they cared.
When I told them I wasn't in a financial position to find 50% of the repair cost and asked them to reconsider their offer the reply I got was that I had refused the offer and they were now withdrawing it and giving me nothing. Now having to explore legal action which I guess Halfords thought i couldn't do because of my financial position.
HALFORDS your a class act.... NOT !!
