I have recently had several single glazed windows in my first floor flat replaced by Coastal Windows and am thrilled with the work they have done. Hannah and Danny were really helpful and knowledgable at the planning stage, taking time to talk through options with no sales pressure. Their pricing was very competitive and their customer service was excellent. The install team were brilliant, spending two days in my home installing the windows - including a very large, seven section bay window. They worked relentlessly, coordinated with neighbours for the scaffold tower, were polite, cleaned up afterwards and did a really good job.

The initial visit from Coastal to look at and price the job was positive and 'can do', no sharp intakes of breath just "yes we can do that". The work, which was quite a big job, was completed quickly and to a high standard. The product they supplied was good quality and we got exactly what we wanted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Nick, Tony and Adam arrived at the arranged time and fitted 7 Argon-filled replacement windows. They explained everything, and were fully professional in both their manner and the quality of work, which was absolutely first class. They covered the carpets and stairs with dust sheets, and afterwards thoroughly vacuumed, and cleared up inside and out. I am really very pleased with a beautiful, clean and solid result, and would not hesitate to recommend their work to anyone. I would use Coastal Windows again without hesitation, and Hannah in the office, and Dan, were also polite, efficient and professional, and kept me informed at all times. Thank you very much, and worth every penny.
