Welcome to Autotrend Motor Services. We are a local, independent garage, serving Chatham, Medway and the surrounding areas throughout Kent.
We offer MOT Testing for cars and light goods vehicles, car servicing , car repairs and general garage services from our base in Chatham. We are also certified to carry out MOTs, servicing and repairs to Electric and Hybrid vehicles.
We keep a range of popular items in stock including tyres and bulbs for your vehicle. Tyres and stocked items can be fitted whilst you wait, we can also offer wheel alignment and tyre balancing whilst you wait too!
We understand that sometimes unexpected repairs are a shock so we are happy to offer payment terms for those hard to afford repairs.

Tony Regan1 StarI made an enquiry on the cost to replace my Ford B-max wet cam belt. Already knowing it is an expensive job, I was told by Auto Trend it would be £1500.00 (which matches Ford themselves!) Later that day Auto Trend phoned back & said they could actually complete this job for £958.18p - which was more the price I expected to pay. Consequently, I phoned this morning to book it in. Following confirmation of car registration & their quote (which they already had on their system) my car was booked in for Monday possibly into Tuesday as it was a 10 hour job... perfect. However, I received a phone call back 10 minutes later saying that the wrong quote had been given, the person responsible for the quote had since left & they don't actually carry out wet cam belt changes at this garage after all! This is just farcical - total nonsense and diabolical customer service. You will not hear from me again and I would give zero stars if I could.Thursday 18th April 2024

Well Below Average1 StarTook my car here recently as I had an MOT voucher via my RAC Membership and this place was an approved garage so not my usual place.
MOT was done and 2 advisories were flagged. Front bushes and front brake pads. The pads immediately sounded strange as these had been replaced in the last 15 months and my mileage is very moderate and I stated to the receptionist that this couldn't be right.
Concerned by this I booked my vehicle in with my usual repairer only to be told, and shown that there is still at least 45% wear still left on the pads.
Needless to say I will not be returning to use this garage again voucher or no voucherWednesday 17th January 2024
