A T Window Cleaning Ltd is a family-owned business, established in 1986, and based in Sittingbourne.  We started off with a ladder and bucket several decades ago, and now use the latest equipment which we feel gives a better result.  We are constantly updating our internal and external equipment. We aim to provide a high-quality service in a safe manner.  Using the latest water-fed pole technology and purified water means your windows and frames look sparkling every time.  Purified water dries to a sparkling finish and window frames and sills are cleaned as standard. With no detergent residue to attract dirt, windows stay cleaner for longer. Our carbon fibre poles can reach windows up to 35ft from the ground. We regularly test our water to check it is at 0 ppm (parts per million). We can clean interior windows, again using specialist equipment to reach high internal glazing above stairs and atriums. Having experience of cleaning commercial and residential windows as well as interior work there is very little in window cleaning we don't have the experience or equipment to undertake. With all work being carried out from the ground privacy is maintained for the customer.  Operating on a 4 weekly schedule, you choose the frequency of your clean, either 4 or 8 weekly.  Many customers find a benefit in having the interior cleaned once a year. Guttering and fascia  We can clean guttering and fascia from the ground using pure water, some detergent, and a carbon fibre pole extending up to 35 ft.  We find an annual clean keeps guttering and fascias looking good.  It is also a popular service with customers looking to sell their homes.  We can also clean garage doors and signage.  Some customers have their garage door cleaned on the same schedule as their window cleaning. Conservatories By their nature conservatories really do benefit from a regular clean.  Many customers book a conservatory roof clean in the spring.  This removes debris and dirt from roof glass and the frames. Interior window cleaning  With modern house design many windows are becoming harder to access to clean on the inside.  Using the Unger Stingray system, ladders, and other specialist equipment we offer an interior window cleaning service.  Masks are worn and all windows are left clean and dry.  If you would like a suggestion on keeping windows looking good between cleans, we recommend spraying the glass with Nilglass (generally in stock at Jayars), and then polish dry with a dry microfibre cloth.  It works a treat. We can usually give you a price from photographs of your property.  If you email or text pictures and your location we aim to provide you with a price within 24 hours, generally the same day.  Of course, we are more than happy to visit you at the address you would like the window cleaning provided, to discuss what you would like to have done.  If you are happy to go ahead, we will book the work into the diary for a date convenient to you.  You will receive a courtesy text the day before we are due, as well as a text to say the work has been completed. (We no longer leave cards after a clean, in keeping with our policy to offer a contactless service due to current circumstances.)  Payment is preferred by BACS.  We also accept cheques and cash.  Please get in touch with any questions.
