Alex was great! He arrived to quote and was exceedingly thorough. the quote came through the next day and the work was scheduled for the following week. Weather delayed the work slightly but Alex communicated clearly and rescheduled, Completed the work to a high standard and completed additional repairs which were required explaining clearly the issues and how he had repaired. Will certainly be calling him again if required in the future.

When we realised our gutters needed some urgent repairs, I called a few companies, but Alex was by far the most responsive and professional. He called round at short notice to inspect the gutters, and really took the time to show my wife pictures of the issue and offer a few different solutions. He sent us a professional estimate (not a text message with a price like another tradesman, which when I declined it became mysteriously cheaper), so we booked him up right away. He came on time, carried out some extra work and has done a very neat job without leaving any mess behind. Highly recommended, thank you Alex.

Alex responded very swiftly when a roof tile came down in the February storms. He replaced the broken ridge tile and removed all debris from the roof. He alerted us to the condition of the ridge tiles so we recently requested his services to install a dry ridge system. He did the work to a high standard and we would highly recommend him . Excellent service and a very likeable chap.
